Service Description

Whether you're just getting going into fitness, starting back up after a long break, or looking for that intense push to the next level, our Home Workout Membership is designed for those that want truly improve and challenge whatever level you're at while keeping you safe at home. The Home Workout Membership includes: - depending on your program choice, 3 or 4 weekly workouts designed to make you functionally fit and mentally ready for whatever life has in store. Every workout is done live and is also emailed out to all Team members to do at more convenient time if missed. - A FREE 30 minute consultation to discuss goals, history, additional training parameters, nutrition, habit development, or any other questions regarding the program, health or performance. - Variable training intensities to challenge you accordingly - 'Baseline' intensity for a more scaled version of the workout, and 'Push' intensity for those ready for a serious challenge - An "In-gym" program option, complete with demonstration videos for those that want to take the workout to a physical location - All workouts will be bodyweight or dumbbell/resistance band based. If you don't have resistance bands or DB's, you can contact Derek at derek@motivaction-training.com to purchase your bands today.
